Social Lab – Accelerate Your Prototype is a hybrid residential programme by Act on Learning for social workers, educators, and anyone working in support and special education. Set in the Helsinki metropolitan area, the programme invites participants to immerse themselves in the Finnish education context and develop their own prototype for meaningful change in their educational communities.

Through experiential and place-based learning, participants explore systemic approaches to support education, multi-professional collaboration, and transformational pedagogy — building practical tools for navigating complexity and fostering inclusive, student-centred learning environments.
