WellSpaces Convenings
Where the network senses together
WellSpaces Convenings are our structured collective spaces — where co-creation happens, evidence is built, and the network moves forward together. Each convening has a clear purpose and feeds directly into the network's shared outputs and policy work. Convenings are open to network members.
*All sessions run on Thursday, 2:00–3:30 pm (online) (online, unless noted)
Members Calls
The full network. Online. In rhythm.
Network-wide online calls bring all member organizations together to share, reflect, and move forward — staying connected across borders and time zones throughout the 2026 year.
- Thursday 26 March
- Thursday 25 June
- Thursday 24 September
Working Groups
Co-creating the tools and ideas that drive the network forward.
Working Groups are small, focused online spaces where members come together to develop shared frameworks, produce practical resources, and generate the evidence that underpins our policy work. Each group runs throughout the year with a mix of online sessions and one annual in-person gathering.
- Working Group 1 — Theory of Change & Shared Framework. What does it really mean to link wellbeing with wise civic life? We're building that answer together.
- Working Group 2 — Youth Sources Circle. A reading and resource-sharing circle exploring youth situations in Europe
- Working Group 3 — Pedagogies of Togethernes practice.
Youth Story Hub
Real stories. Real evidence. Real change.
The Youth Story Hub is where young people collect and share stories from their own lives and communities — not as passive subjects, but as active producers of evidence. These stories feed directly into our tools, advocacy, and policy briefings.
The Hub runs throughout the year, with training sessions for young participants in February, May, August, and November. Participation is open to 10–12 young people drawn from member organizations across the network.
Annual Gathering
Where practice meets power. The whole network. In one place.
Once a year, the network comes together in person for our flagship event — four days that move from embodied learning and co-creation to structured policy dialogue. It's where relationships deepen, ideas become commitments, and the network's year comes into focus.
Youth workers, network members, and policymakers share two full days of practice-based learning — closing together with a dedicated policy dialogue session that produces the Youth Wellbeing & Belonging Charter: a living document shaped by practitioners and young people, taken directly into EU-level advocacy.
