4D Mapping – Democratic Thinking in the Classroom is a two-day, practice-oriented online training for teachers and educators, introducing 4D System Mapping β€” an embodied, social-presencing method developed by the MIT Presencing Institute β€” combined with trauma-aware SEL micro-practices.

The training equips participants with concrete tools to strengthen classroom wellbeing, democratic participation, and collective intelligence. Through movement, guided awareness practices, and collaborative inquiry, teachers learn to make hidden classroom dynamics visible and design interventions that support co-regulation, creative expression, and meaningful student engagement.
